Heat - Update v1.16

It's me again, a bit bigger update!

We have a few new things! 

• New Items - Rope, Tarp, Bolts, Wooden Planks
• New Turret Components - T2 is introduced 
• Tant got new visuals and icon
• Turrets Getting Random Names
• Tools and weapons have durability now
• UI system is redesigned - backend
• Interaction system redesigned - backend

and of course, some bugs fixed

• Font missing characters added
• The input bug is hopefully fixed idk needs testing
• when leaving the tent, the time speed shouldn't stay sped up
• interactions fixed maybe
